I don’t think so. Some gather at a higher level. But the system rather works in an alternate way. The process is done through educative enforcement, as many of us know.
In colleges, corporate leaders are instructed with teachings wrapt up in a concise philosophy, called Objectivism. Objectivism is not the centre of teachings, not even is ever mentioned, rather being the innate substructure of the teachings.
Objectivism is probably the most sordid and evil of all social philosophies, associated with the guile of mob controlling, it results in this World Government order which lead us to the chasm like rats.

So don’t be fooled by the scam of rightwing parties. Their patriotic approach is just about the fear of losing sophistication, losing quality in the western luxurious way of living. We know how they love immigration as long as it brings Economical Growth to the state. Isn’t what we are all used to listen? “Economical Growth”.
Rightwing parties are as much Nation destroyers as leftwing parties. Notice how they are usually conotated with fierce support of Israel.
Most objectivist philosophers are Jews with no surprise. Only such an evil people could churn such a dark and evil philosophy. It’s in their blood, in their soul. Their psyche is deeply connected to darkness. I surely believe so (according to psychologist Carl Jung, there is a collective unconscious, but beyond I believe there’s much more, there’s a collective psyche/soul).
Objectivism advocates the State to be a regulator, the chief enterprise in the slight top of the system. Boundaries are not important. The State in objectivist perception is like in the game Syndicate Wars. It’s not about Ethnos. It’s about estate, private property, securitism. A return to the jewish law, a materialistic hedonistic view in which the survival of the fittest plays an important role. Morals are relative. It teaches gentiles to venerate themselves in order to destroy the grandeur of God-Nation-Familiy. It’s not that far from Satanism.
For an instance, according to Objectivism, you chose the one with which you will marry based on a mathematical approach, and love is analyzed as a reproductional behaviour or basical need like sleep and food. Honour, Dignity, Love, Sacrifice? Obstacles.
