I haven't heard anything bad about Spanish soldiers in Kosovo. But I know they weren't invited here. Personally I've only heard good things said about Orthodox Greek, Armenian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Ukrainian and some Slavic (mainly Slovak) soldiers. A side from those who would naturally be viewed positively I've only heard positive comments about Italians -- they actually defended churches and monasteries from Islamic mobs (something Italians did in WWII against Albanian mobs).
The worst are the Norweigian, American, British and German. The Germans because they don't engage in combat against the Albanians -- they've actually been seen to have runaway from Albanian mobs, although it's been reported that this hasn't happenned recently. Americans don't do nothing except stay at a massive base they constructed illegally which is used as a so-called black site. British are just incomponent. And Norweigian are the worst since they were caught desecrating church artificats and monuments.
