If you send out all non European immigrants, how are there going to be interracial marriages?
Besides, I wouldn't bother with prohibiting interracial marriages. I don't even agree with it. A strict law of
ius sanguinis for nationhood is more effective and not as troublesome. And it has positive additional effects.
