For Serbia I see the state is being an illiberal (non-western) democracy. In other words highly centralized, strong central government and having an official state religion. Serbia should try to adopt a system of direct democracy and the only level of government that should have parliamentary representation should be the top level, all lower levels should be run by direct democracy.

I believe the province of Vojvodina should be abolished, and Kosovo (this is unlikely given the number of Albanians). The okrugs in Serbia should be redrawn.

I'd prefer Serbia be largely theocratic and that the Orthodox church have the power to grant or refuse the right to other religions to build any religous building.

I'd also want Serbia to get rid off Albanians and to try increaing the population -- banning abortion, other such methods and trying to get members of the diaspora to come back (specifically those in south america because I don't see those in australia, u.s., canada or western europe coming back evne if we become an economic tiger).

Some cultural autonomy to European groups, anti-gypsy legislation.

I also se Serbia as being an economic tiger that should take steps to prevent moral collapse. I'd like to see as much autarky also.

In economy: as much autarky (self-sufficience) possible.

No to EU, NATO and UN. No membership in any of these organizations.

Traditional Catholic morality predominating in the whole society.

No pandering to national minorities, only Croatians could hold positions of power. The minorities could possibly retain only cultural associations.

I'd also like to see Serbia include Republika Srpska and Montenegro. If this happens I see the state being a state consisting of three member states -- Montenegro, Serbia and Srpska. I'd keep Serbias bnorder the same, I'd give all of Herzegovina to Montenegro and Srpska would get other territories in Bosnia inhabited by Serbs.

I'd also like to see Serboa have good relations with all countries particularly those in Europe as well as with rising powers like China, India and Japan. I'd like to see Serbia rejoin the non-alligned movement, so long as NATO exists.

I'd also like that Serbia have good relations with Russia. In other words Serbia should be more open to Russian investments. If Serbia and Montenegro ever again become a unified country I believe the state should then allow Russia to build a naval base in Montenegro if possible.
