No. Bokassa is the funniest of all african dictators. He'd give diamonds ouit as gifts to u.s. and french diplomats, he declared himself a god, created his own religion, led some bizarre life style, crowned himself emperor, claims to have canonized by John Paul (ludicrous claim), had 17 wives and 50 children, oh and apparently he resorted to cannibalism before he was removed from power.
