This is totally unconsti.. oh wait, Aptrgangr told me Germany doesn't have a constitution...

Well it is really bad because it invades so much privacy, and I doubt they'd just investigate "terrorists". They would investigate everyone. Or they'd have a file on them...

Better if they just said they'd search public webforums and such.. They are, after all, open to the public.
