I don't dream about an "all-breton speaking" Brittany : I'm aware that Brittany has a Roman cultural part, and many defenders of Breton culture are actually Gallo.
I just think, like many Bretons, that we need a Parliament, the protection of Breton language/culture
as well as Gallo dialects and
the recognition of Breton people.
That's all. Not really Jacobin. 
Then, Independence or not, this is another question. But there is no federalist party in France, so...
