Default A comment I received from an Anglo-Canadian about the Portuguese...
"Yes it is unfortunate that the Porkchops havnt created any noteworthy heroes, other than their cowardly soccer players."

He went on to say:

"They (the Portuguese) are a joke to the rest of Europe having no military, technological, economic or any other achievements to speak of.
It would probably be better if Portugal just broke off of Europe and joined Africa, considering they at one point attempted to claim Africa as their territory...which failed as well."

I was too livid to form a reasonable response. Is this how we are truly viewed by fellow Europeans? Contributors of nothing?
